Clarifier’s mechanism are technically designed for operation in concrete clarifier tanks. They are available in two ranges of sizes, the first range covers diameters from 3 meters to 30 meters and the second range from 10 meters to 40 meters. These mechanisms are functionally designed so as to provide ease in installation and economy in operation and management.

• This central drive consists of TEFC motor, primary and has secondary worm reduction gears and chain drive.
• These clarifiers are provided with horizontal feed arrangement through central feedwell.
• The mechanism support bridge is made up of steel spanning in which the tank supports the drive and scraper mechanism.
• Scraper mechanism is made up of steel which consists of vertical shaft, scraper arms, blades and center scrapers.
• It also has a automatic overload Trip Arrangement to protect mechanism against any accidental overloads.
